How do I get the RealTrust Accreditation
We accelerate the process by getting ahead on 7 key checks that you would have to complete later in the process. The whole thing takes less than an hour of your time.
- Step 1: Preparation before you offer:
Mortgage in Principle (MiP)
Your borrowing capacity is certified
Solicitor Instructed
You have a solicitor who is ready to act on your behalf
Surveyor Committed
You have given RealTrust permission to instruct a certified surveyor on your behalf
Identity (AML)
You have passed all the standard Identity and Anti MOney Laundering checks
Proof of Funds
You have proven all the liquid assets required for the transaction exist
Chain Check
You have proven you are chain free or your backwards chain is ready to move

You can send an offer direct to the Estate Agent, alongwith your RealTrust accreditation, automatically from our platform
Make your accredited offer
Tell us how much you want to offer on the property and we will provide an accreditation for this that can be shared with the Estate Agents
